We are registered with data protection.

Items will be despatched(shipped) within 24 hours of receipt of payment.Using Royal Mail, Courier or Airmail (Overseas).Please allow an additional 7 days if paying by cheque.

Return/Refund Policy

Every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped.If you are not satisfied with our goods,please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods,and return them to Party Poppets within 14 days.You will be given a full refund or exchange if prefered.All products to be returned must be carefully packaged in their original packing.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown and are inclusive of VAT.Prices are correct at time of publication.Errors and omissions are excepted.Orders will be processed at our published prices,otherwise,in the case of any unexpected change in price,you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before processing.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service,by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly(we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
